Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at FunSwimShop is safe. The FunSwimShop Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at FunSwimShop, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: We will send you an email advising the status of your order. You can check this at any time by sending an email to
office@funswimshop.com or calling 740-3469-386.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 10 working days to clear.

A: We currently ship to the United States only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). For orders outside of the USA please visit

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?
A: Shipping is FREE for orders over $49.00. Orders under $49.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.99. All orders are shipped standard delivery via USPS to a destination within the United States.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us, we will refund up to $5 carriage.

Q: Do you do back orders?
A: FunSwimShop does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item.

Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.
